Every job we carry is covered by the right commercial policies. If your procurement team needs paperwork before you can use us, ask and you'll have it the same day.
Public Liability
Covers injury or damage to third parties and their property while we are carrying out work for you — on your premises, at delivery points and in between.
Goods In Transit
Covers the goods themselves while they are loaded on our vehicle, from the moment we collect to the moment we hand them over.
Hire & Reward
The correct commercial motor cover for carrying other people's goods for payment. Standard van insurance does not allow this — ours does.
Our drivers
Every driver on our network must hold standard vehicle insurance, Hire & Reward cover and Goods In Transit cover, and upload valid certificates plus a driving licence before they are approved for work. Documents are checked on renewal.
Items we can't carry
Cover does not extend to prohibited goods, and we reserve the right to refuse any item.
- Hazardous materials — flammable liquids, gases, corrosives, explosives, fireworks or asbestos
- Cash, bullion, negotiable documents, bank cards or gift cards
- Illegal goods of any kind, counterfeit items, drugs or weapons
- Dangerous, unstable or unsafely packaged items
- Live animals, human remains and anything needing temperature-controlled transport
- Unaccompanied high-value items unless agreed and declared in writing before collection
